I am a Postdoctoral researcher in the Institute for Theoretical Physics at the University of Heidelberg. I specialize in the field of Quantum Gravity. My extensive background includes hands-on experience with various Quantum Gravity approaches, including Random Geometry, Matrix Models, JT Gravity, Holography and Dynamical Triangulations.
I completed my B.Sc. at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in 2018, where I worked with Prof. Tim Koslowski in Matrix Models for QG at the Instituto de Ciencias Nucleares (ICN).
Afterwards, I studied in Perimeter Institute (PI) as part of the Perimeter Scholars International (PSI) program, where I was supervised by Prof. Bianca Dittrich.
In 2019, I joined the High Energy Physics department at Radboud University in the Netherlands, where I obtained my Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. Timothy Budd. My work during this time is available in my dissertation “Random geometry and quantum spacetime”.
From 2023 to 2025, I was a Postdoctoral researcher in the Combinatorics Department at the University of Bordeaux (with Adrian Tanasa) and the University Gustave Eiffel (with Eric Fusy).
I am part of the Young researchers team of the International Society for Quantum Gravity (ISQG).
